Amanda Brito del Pino has moderate hemophilia; she is a carrier and mother of a child with hemophilia. She is a volunteer member of the Women and Girls Committee of the World Federation of Hemophilia, the Board of the Coalition of the Americas, and the patient organization of her country, Uruguay. She has a degree in Communication and a Master's degree in Humanization of Health. She has an outstanding commitment to awareness and change of perspective in the care, diagnosis, and registration of women with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders.
