If you are struggling emotionally with anxiety or depression, or have a friend or family member who is mentally distressed, there are many support and advocacy groups available to help. This informational listing includes national organizations and telephone hotlines, suicide prevention resources, general topics in mental health, resources for coping with COVID-19 stress, and other online support and education.
