Managing Osteoarthritis
Let's walk away from the idea of exercise and focus our minds instead on infusing "activity" into our days. This session will include a brief review of managing the symptoms of osteoarthritis and a series of short activities that participants will be able to perform within their home environments and work into a daily routine. Please arrive in comfortable clothing with room to move within your space.
