As the founder of Potential of Ability, Inc., he has dedicated his career to empowering others, and his work with the National Hemophilia Foundation has strengthened programs nationwide. Currently, as Managing Director of Rising Beyond, LLC, he continues to drive strategic initiatives for social change. Bobby’s lived experience, combined with his expertise in advocacy and patient support, makes him an inspiring voice for this peer group.
