Dr. David Clark is the Chairman of The Coalition for Hemophilia B, a position he has held for nearly two decades. As a dedicated member of the Coalition, he participates in educating the community and attending national and international events to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hemophilia treatment.

With over 35 years of experience in developing and manufacturing plasma and tissue products, including Factor IX concentrates, Dr. Clark is a recognized expert in hemophilia research, product development, and reporting. He obtained his PhD in chemical engineering from Cornell University and has authored numerous articles on hemophilia treatment and research.
